In this first edition of Made in Great Britain, Aiden Byrne, double-Michelin starred head Chef of the Grill at the Dorchester takes us through his signature dish, Beetroot Gazpacho with Vodka jelly and Avocado Sorbet and the seasonal Tomato and Peach salad with Pine Nut Vinaigrette.

We also visit Richard Vine, Aiden's supplier of micro salads and hear about that magical moment when Aiden won his first Michelin star at the tender age of 22.

I can finally say I have watched the film! He is such a natural and very watchable. I also liked your style of filming. Very efficient and felt real in an immediate in your face kind of way – all good.
