pod3.tv was born in Jan 2006 and has grown to be a leading video podcast webTV phenomenon. We provide high quality TV-style shows as video podcasts that are commercially sponsored – just like commercial TV.
iTunes is the No 1 video podcast catcher; there have been 500,000,000 downloads of Apple’s iTunes onto Windows computers, and millions more shipped on Apple Mac computers.
Our video podcast TV shows are enjoyed all around the world, from Argentina to Auckland and are watched on trains, planes and automobiles.

Neil Fairbrother CEO
Is an award-winning marketer with many years of experience. Previously Neil created Liquid Bandwidth(tm) as a sub-brand of startup telecoms company Neos and as Marketing Director steered the brand to exit, garnering several awards along the way. The company was sold 24 months after launch for £15 million to Scottish & Southern Energy plc. In his spare time Neil enjoys motorbikes (Harley, Honda), cycling, yachting (RYA Yachtmaster), climbing (MLTB SPSA) & hill walking and badminton.
Roger Dyer CEO
Roger is a serial entrepreneur having created and managed several companies in various different markets. He has a fine pedigree of engineering design, having worked on the original SRN 1 hovercraft, as well as numerous audio products. He created Music Systems Management in 1996 which is now trading as pod3av.com
Tim Dyer Product Director
Tim started out life as a PC support specialist in Argos HQ and Great Ormond Street Hospital and then into computer sales at BSG in Islington. He then moved to a specialist maintenance company before setting up an audio installation company with his father. The company has been trading for 12 years and has built up a healthy and varied client base and now installs all aspects of AV and lighting. The company has now become pod3av.com.
Tim is a big fan of technology and how it can make our jobs easier and our lives more enjoyable. He lives in Chorleywood and enjoys the gym, walks over the common and spending time with his family.
Boban Tanovic IT & Web Director
Boban Tanovic has worked in digital media for over 10 years and is widely recognized as an expert on both technical and business issues. Boban is the founder and managing director of etonDIGITAL. Boban’s previous role was at Centrica Plc, The AA and Grey Worldwide managing accounts such as FIAT, AstraZeneca and Siemens.
Boban has authored/co-authored several books and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Novi Sad University (Serbia), and MSc (Hons) in Polymer Science and Engineering from London Metropolitan University.
Ian Barber CTO & Strategic Director
Ian has many years of experience in marketing and technology as well as business development having worked at senior levels within blue chip corporates across the world, as well as startups. Ian fulfills a non-exec role for pod3.tv, while most of his time is taken up with running his own consultancy business. Ian enjoys motorsport, skiing and sailing and takes his Cobra out for sporty drives on nice, warm, dry days.
Tony Bostrom 3D animation & design
Tony Bostrom is an illustrator with many years of experience with Photoshop and Illustrator. He creates websites, and invented the Booodle universe in 3D packages as well as all of the gadgets that the Boodles use to get out of, and into, their various adventures and scrapes. Tony also makes our shows and adverts interactive and also creates Flash movies.
Alan Forrest Music and Group Liaison manager
Alan is a published songwriter, singer and full Equity actor. He was educated at Hampton School, attended the Drama Studio, Ealing, and has a BA(Hons) in Combined Studies from Kingston University.
He has had works published by Boosey and Hawkes, High Fye Music, and Word Music among others. Alan has worked with actors Derek Fowlds and Kenneth Connor on writing projects, and with Roger Dyer, worked with ex-Apple and Beatles' general manager, Alistair Taylor. His recent acting credits include playing Donald McGill, the seaside saucy postcard artist, in a BBC drama-doc about his life and work.
He is developing the music library for pod3Music and has just completed an album of songs, written with Roger Dyer, for their exciting new Booodles characters, at the centre of a whole range of entertainment products for children.
